As a long-standing team member of Crabtrees Real Estate, Thomas has spent more than a decade specialising in the Commercial, Retail and Industrial property sector.
Thomas began his career with Crabtrees Real Estate in 2008 as a Property Manager and well and truly exceeded client and management expectations, so much so that he quickly made his mark and moved up the ranks to Department Manager before broadening his horizons in external ventures as a Director at Colliers International Occupier Services.
In his role at Colliers from December 2017 to January 2021, Thomas managed the Australian property interests for GFG Alliance (formerly One Steel), Australia’s largest manufacturer and supplier of Steel and was involved in property management, site disposal and acquisitions and numerous highly sophisticated transactions.
Highly regarded and returning to us in his new role as Partner – Head of Property Management, Thomas brings dynamic leadership, a unique expertise and wealth of diverse knowledge to contribute to the property management team which aims to provide a successful client experience for current and future clients.
