Part Two Client Journey | Briner – Total Signage Solutions

When Briner were looking for their new HQ, Con approached Chris armed with a brief detailing the requirements for size, location and layout.

Crabtrees director, Chris McKenzie, and Briner managing director, Con Tsakonas, have worked together for the past 15 years.

‘Briner supply the Crabtrees signboards and Con and I have forged a strong working relationship over many years working together,’ says Chris.

When Briner were looking for their new HQ, Con approached Chris armed with a brief detailing the requirements for size, location and layout.

‘Straight away I knew the property at 718 Princes Highway ticked a lot of the boxes.

Location wise it was perfect and the layout was right. Con was initially hesitant about the size as it was a lot bigger than they originally wanted, but I was sure it would be suitable not just for now, but for the future of the business,’ says Chris.

Located in a prominent position on Princes Highway in Springvale, with 123 metres of frontage, the expansive site measures 11,200 sqm total land area with 5,826 sqm total building area.

Formerly a tobacco company HQ, Chris successfully negotiated the leasing of the site with all parties happy with the deal.

‘There was a fair bit of work involved in the design and refurbishment of the new premises, but no major structural changes needed to be made. It’s amazing to see what they have done with their new HQ. The move has been instrumental to the growth of the business,’ says Chris.
