Today we continue our “Know the Team” feature with a candid view of how Julie has managed throughout the pandemic thus far.
Julie joined our team in February bringing with her over 5 years of extensive Real Estate knowledge and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Commercial Law.
Having started amid the pandemic, Julie has spent most of her time with Crabtrees working remotely from her dedicated study in a Bayside apartment that she shares with her fiancé and has witnessed first hand the impact that this situation has had on both our Landlords and Tenants.
“I’ve found that by showing compassion, having sound knowledge of current legislation & through effective communication, I’ve been able to develop a good rapport with Landlords and Tenants and provide guidance and support as they navigate through these unprecedented times.’

Julie is looking forward to further easing of restrictions and settling herself into her office space at work when the situation allows.
