Crabtrees Real Estate Senior Executive Andrew Loudon and Director Chris McKenzie, along with Benjamin Klein from Barry Plant Commercial have sold an industrial facility of 7,680 sqm on approximately 17,600 sqm of land in an off-market transaction to an owner occupier.
“The purchaser and I have been working together for a couple of years with very specific requirements to find the right facility and location,” commented Andrew Loudon.
“This facility allows them further expansion on a national scale. We are extremely pleased for our vendors and purchasers.”
Mr McKenzie added, “The transaction is reflective of the current market with many owner occupiers finding it difficult to find large facilities therefore are willing to purchase older facilities to refurbish or redevelop to meet their requirements.”
